By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web services of Rashtriya Serv Shiksha Abhiyan (RSSA), you agree to comply with and be governed by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop accessing our portal services immediately.
2. REGISTRATION AND CREDENTIAL SAFETY
Branch center coordinators and students must register with accurate, validated information. Coordinators are completely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their portal accounts and passwords. Any unauthorized activity or credential leakage must be reported to the IT division immediately.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND BRANDING
All page UI structures, graphics, branding assets, logo layouts, circular contents, and digital certification marks are the absolute proprietary intellectual property of RSSA. Replicating, scraping, or misusing these assets for personal commercial gains without explicit written approval is legally punishable.
4. PROHIBITED USES AND DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
Users are strictly prohibited from generating fake educational records, distributing fake certificates under our emblem, or executing SQL injection/hacking attacks on our servers. Any violation will result in permanent center cancellation and standard legal prosecution.
5. AMENDMENTS
RSSA retains complete administrative rights to change, update, or remove rules, qualifications, fee formats, and policies at any time without prior notifications. Your continued use of the portal implies acceptance of any fresh guidelines.
